Cancellation Policy
At Retiro Del Rocio, guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the value of the first night’s stay. Where a refund is applicable, guests will be required to contact the hotel directly and provide their reservation details together with proof of payment for verification.
